Brittani has a strong background in both Social and Corporate Catering coming from her experiences at The Glazier Group and The Wedding Library. With a portfolio of more than 200 weddings she now brings her strong organizational skills and attention to detail to DM Cuisine. We feel confident our clients will benefit from her understanding of the current trends in event design. Culinary Classrooms at DM Cuisine We’re sharing what we know! Now DM Cuisine is ready to provide small group, one on one and corporate team building culinary instruction. Corporate Team Building The perfect opportunity for you to pull together groups of summer associates, marketing crews or sales teams in a social environment where we can refocus their business energies into a new arena and expand their horizons.
