New York We cater Cocktail Parties & Dinners from 30-2000 guests. DM Cuisine prepares and serves celebrity Chef’s recipes for events, cooking demonstrations & live cooking shows. (Marcus Samuelsson, Martha Stewart, Emeril Lagassse) All service & kitchen staff is recruited by our operations department and internally trained within the DM philosophy- We look for great attitudes as we feel we can give on the job training and coach anyone to learn the steps of service anyone DM Cuisine kitchen and office is located in the East Village we get a lot of inspiration form the neighborhood. It also gives us proximity to all the event sites we work at in Manhattan We practice fast and efficient decision-making, made possible through a well-organized compnay structure and competent team members. This is an imperative in an industry where a last minute change is a rule more than an exception.
